Participants learn how first impressions are formed and why you never get a second chance to make a first impression. A customers’ trust is gained, or lost, within the first 15 seconds of a call. We show participants how to conduct a ‘killer call opening’ which includes building rapport, as well as having a professional, engaging and energetic tone.
