About the Course

Why attend this course?

At Customer Care First, we believe that the quality of a recruiters' interview skills determines the quality of their next hire. Having the ability to conduct an interview that gets to the root of things and also gets the best (and worst!) out of candidates, truly is a skill, and it is a skill that we help you develop on this 1 day course.

It is really important to remember that you are not the only one interviewing - a candidate is also interviewing you (although they may not be as direct with their questions!). When a candidate meets you for the first time, they are forming a first impression of you and your company, and deciding whether they see a future there. They also, understandably, want to put their best foot forward to impress you.

What does all of this mean? Well, it means that your ability to make candidates feel at ease by creating an excellent impression, and then conducting the interviewing to allow them to be truly honest and open with you about their skills, behaviours and experience, is the true test of a successful interview.

This full-day workshop will ensure that you understand how to create an excellent first stage interviewing experience, and will provide you with practical tools to use to deliver this experience. You will also receive a nationally recognised certification.
